Jimmy John's

I walked into the Evergreen Jimmy John’s and was greeted by a curly-haired employee making sandwiches behind the counter. Unfortunately, I couldn’t hear what he said, so I politely asked him to repeat it. He responded with a noticeably rude attitude, which caught me off guard. Rather than escalate the situation, I chose to turn around and leave. We all have bad days, but customer service and basic courtesy go a long way. Attitude matters — especially in a customer-facing business.

My husband and I both ate here yesterday and while our sandwiches were delicious we each had extremely upset stomachs ever since. It was the first thing we ate yesterday and we haven’t really been able to eat since unfortunately. Perhaps it’s time to do a deep clean on the kitchen.

Not the worst JJs experience I've had yet, but definitely. a bottom three. As others have stated recently: be prepared to wait a good long while for your food. That's fine and expected of places that make it fresh but... Let's be honest. It's Jimmy John's. It's sitting on the counter waiting. Neither sandwich was made as asked. Even after asking for two things and explicitly saying not something else, the thing we didn't want was put on and the two items desired weren't. One sandwich even had something that doesn't come with it and wasn't asked for.

Store manager voids orders after waiting at the window because they don’t want to make the 2 sandwiches I ordered. Edit: I ordered 90 seconds prior to going through the drive thru yet I am blamed their “technology takes a few minutes”. Yet Starbucks prints orders within 3 seconds. How is this my fault? Apparently because there’s a line behind me, I should have to circle around behind them to pick it up despite order before them. Pretty embarrassing service and a repeat customer lost. Typical deflection by management in their reply. No wonder it’s a 3 stars business..

All those Jimmy John’s commercials have been lying to me. 15 mins at the drive through window waiting for a slim turkey sandwich with cheese. It’s literally two slices of bread, some cheese and some turkey. Oh and they still messed this up, see picture 😂. No other cars in line, just me.
