Jimmy John's

I was reluctant to leave this review. I don't normally leave any, though I do read them. Years ago, I was told that the founder of Jimmy John's is a big-game hunter, so I've never spent any of my hard-earned dough at a Jimmy John's location. This may not even be true, or maybe it's changed, but it's ssooo much clicking to find out.. Anyway, I was at this location over the summer. I was in town, there were family members, we ended up here. The food was excellent. The condition of the store was excellent. The staff was excellent with a shout out to James. James took care of every part of our order was professional, courteous, funny.. - however, I understand that James is no longer employed here. They probably have other employees that are almost as good.

Great first time experience. Sara and Isabel greeted me coming in. They helped me with finding an item on the menu, built my sandwich, and were extremely nice the entire interaction. The place was very clean and the atmosphere was fun and welcoming. Would recommend!

Ehhhh, I did a curbside order here. I am a devoted customer of Jimmy John’s. First time at this location, don’t think I’ll be back. Food was very sloppy made, and veggies were definitely past their due date.

I order 2 giant #13 and the one piece on meat on it I was so thin I could see through it. I order these all the time from a different location and I have never received one like this. This location is a ripoff!!!!

I really hate to rate this different then what I had. I had a 5 over all. I walked in and was treated like a number ( freaky fast). I had my order ready and couldn’t hear what the young man said. He was working fast and blew me of to a young lady. No worries, I told her what I wanted and paid. I didn’t tip because I was going to give 10$ a piece cash ( my bill was 15$ there was three working) she seen I didn’t tip. She tossed my food on the counter. I asked for a bag, she turned her back to me and walked away, and said you can bag it yourself. This was today 11/17/23 around 12:50. So then I went to Subway. Had them make me the same subs, did not tip. They bagged my subs and said thank you. So I thanked them and I tipped two employees 10 $ apiece. Looks like I saved 10$ on a tip for custome
