Jimmy John's

We used to love ordering from Jimmy John’s because they offered fast delivery. Now they use Uber which is far from fast. We ordered toasted sandwiches, but they are cold and obviously not toasted. We’re so disappointed and will be ordering from a different sandwich place from now on.

They never have any drivers anymore and they put it through Uber, so my order always takes way longer. Whoever manages this place needs to get a grip. Ridiculous, get more drivers and do what you're known for? Freaky fast.. this location isn't busy enough to justify not having drivers.

I ordered through the app and had it delivered. I ordered a Coke with my combo and was delivered a Dr Pepper. Never have I ever drink Dr Pepper. Today is a first. Do better JJ.

Best. Sandwich. Ever. I have personally been coming to this jimmy john’s since it opened and the workers have always made me feel welcome! The country is a vibe. My personal favorites are Josh & Cameron, they have always made me feel like family by the way they make my sandwiches. I would never trust another. I can only hope my last meal is a jimmy john’s sandwich from here.

I’m the idiot for continuing to order from here. Many many instances of waiting over an hour for deliveries or just having to pick it up ourselves after waiting for so long. Today is the final straw. Waited an hour for our food. I finally called and was told “oh yeah I haven’t had a chance to call you but we are out of bread….” I beg your finest pardon? Out of bread? “It will be about half an hour until I have more” A sandwich shop, that bakes their own bread, out of bread? Then waiting an hour until I call myself to be told this fun fact 🤦🏼‍♀️ Now waiting on a refund that will take about a week to get. Awesome.
