Such a great experience for our first dining session in Michigan. First, the taste of the sandwiches were very good. They may look kinda flat, but it’s actually really packed and an 8 inch sandwich was really filling for each of us. The service was amazing as well. The girl at the counter as super friendly and super helpful. Gave us recommendations when we asked for it and just so friendly giving us that welcoming feel There is lots of parking available as it’s just on the outer rim of the birch run outlets so it’s easy to access even if you’re shopping Great job overall

Store ran out of bread @ noon on a Sunday after Thanksgiving. Store staff offered no apologies, no alternatives & seemed rather happy they had no bread. Was told I could wait 20 minutes or go someplace else. Worst JJ's experience I've ever had. Jersey Mike's had bread!

Stopped in for lunch (about 6pm for me) it was decently busy but the staff seemed very nice. Our order was taken quickly after us taking a few moments to decide what we wanted. And our food was ready fast as well. Seating is available both inside the restaurant along with inside the gas station it is located in. I parked out front however I would suggest parkimg in the rear of the building where there is also an entrance.

Compare these two images. The smaller more expensive unwich from this location, as compared to the same unwich from another location 5 miles away, for less cost.

I hadn't been to Jimmy John's for a while but I decided to try their new toasted sandwiches. The chicken bacon ranch was delicious! The service from all staff, but especially Nicole, was impeccable. I will definitely be coming back for many more toasted sandwiches!
