My Reuben melt was hot and tasty. My wife's special request was no biggie for them. Our cashier was super friendly. Definitely recommend!

Extremely disappointed with the north Atlantic cod meal. For one, it's a whopping $15+ meal that does not include a drink. Two, an upcharge for certain sides and was not told when ordering. Three, expensive shrimp side. And had I known that a one scoop turtle sundae would be $5+, I would not have ordered it. I also asked for tartar and cocktail sauces and light on the chocolate syrup. They didn't tell me the total when it was ordered in the drive thru so imagine my shock when I went to the payment window to be told it was a whopping $28.80!!! FOR ONE MEAL!!! I was shocked!!! But I paid. Then I get the meal to my hotel room only to find that my roll was cold as a door knob and soggy on the bottom since they put it on top of the fish in a closed container. I recently stopped by Culver’s and overall I had a pretty good experience. The signature ButterBurger was juicy and flavorful, just what I expected from the name. The frozen custard for dessert was also a highlight — rich, smooth, and a fun way to end the meal. The dining area and restrooms were clean and well kept, which is always a plus. The staff was polite and checked on us. The fries and cheese curds hit the spot, especially when fresh.

UPDATE!! Nikies team and Culvers has restored my love for Culvers. My previous review was less than complimentary, but since then, they have sent me coupons for 3 anything on the menu and 3 medium concrete mixers. Now that is stepping up. I couldn't be more pleased. 5 stars across the board.

I do not recommend pickup orders, you will eventually be forgotten about, its happened 4 times so far to me. Otherwise the food is good and a good stop while shopping.
