The absolute best deli I've been to in years! This isn't like other Jimmy John's!

I like the store now that they've moved across the street, but I think they were faster at the old location in the plaza. Good sandwiches and good employees. My only complaint is the request for tip when using tap to pay. Instead of just a quick transaction I have to first grab hold of the card reader and tell them what I want to tip. Honestly, a fast food drive-thru is not a place I would ever tip. Tip culture has gone way too far, and its not just Jimmy John's.

Slow.... slow.... slow.... while waiting tonorder employee with purple hair standing outside banging on the door continuously..... it was obnoxious and unprofessional..... I ordered 1 sandwich and it took 15 minutes.... if you're on lunch dont go here.

Amazing experience at this location as always! Been coming here for years and have NEVER had an issue. The quality of service and food here is great!

This does not seem like an adequate amount of turkey for an 8” Turkey Tom. This is the second day in a row I’ve ordered this sandwich and they were skimpy on the turkey both times. I complained, the employee said the portion was correct based on the meat being pre weighed. He also showed me the portion size they usually use, which consisted of three pieces of meat. They made my sandwich with sloppy scraps and it barely looks like 2 slices altogether. I’m irritated and not happy with the customer service I received today because no resolution was offered. I do not plan to patron Jimmy John’s in BH again. That’s unfortunate because I order there frequently and I don’t normally have a problem.
