I've been coming here for years, and the experience is consistently excellent. I frequently order through the app for pickup, and my sandwich is always made exactly the way I requested. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient—my order is usually ready within just a few minutes. Also, the new toasted option has been a total game changer! Big thanks to the entire team for your hard work and consistently great service!

I don't know what it is about this location but this is my goto stop when wanting a lunch or dinner when we are eating at home or going to a restaurant. Service is fantastic, the sandwiches are great. Atmosphere is quiet and relaxing.

Ordered chicken with hot sauce sandwich with veggies and specifically asked for ranch instead of blue cheese. I was the only customer in the store and there were two employees.. I get my sandwich and it was just bread meat and sauce!!! I had to go up to the counter to get the other half of the Ingredients!!! Really!!! ?!?!?!?! Not going there again

So where's the meat? this is the 3rd time this has happened, and it only happens at this location in benbrook. This never happens at the Jimmy John's in burleson. please see pictures. Called the store finally to let them know. The response was, "If you bring it back, we can replace it." I'm not driving 30 min back for a sandwich. The thing is, we typically pick up Jimmy John's once every week or 2 for a family of 9, and from here on out, it won't be from this store. Next time i go to Jimmy John's in Burleson, i will upload photos of what it should look like. Plus, the female manager is rude on the phone.
