The inside of the shop was really nice and clean. They have a nice selection of sandwiches on the menu and they are very fast and efficient with the customer service. I definitely prefer them over Subway any day and worth checking out.

The service was extremely fast but when a girl with black hair, and bangs, was taking my order, she was typing on a tablet the whole time, maybe looked at me twice. It felt disconnected, wasn’t very happy with how I was being served at the counter.

They finally had a new sandwich and now it's gone. They said new ones are coming. They shouldn't keep changing. The regular menu is ok, but I'm tired of the same ol same old sandwich. Like the kids there, fast friendly and suggest items. JJ is the fastest place for a sandwich. But I'm board with the menu

Tonight they left it at the door didn't knock my food was cold they kept the 9 monthes ago place in porch never took it off never knocked and I have cold food and took 30 mins is not fast service and then while I was still talking she hung up on me the soda machines the soda is flat and ice taste bad

How hard is it to make a sandwich with a written note as to what is wanted? Forgot the extra cheese I paid for and smothered in oil no vinegar, the worst jimmy John’s I have ever gone to meat was all fat looked like the last piece. Save yourself and go down the road to subway or even best yet McDonald’s! Wasted 25.00 dollars unbelievable!!
