pretty nice when you talk to people but they get about 50% of the online orders wrong - adding cheese when there shouldn't be etc. with a dairy allergy that's really irritating. update: still happening even after having some folks ask me if my sandwiches are okay. this time the employee didn't apologize or anything.

I enjoy most of the locations but, I think this one needs a visit from the health department. When you get ice water and there are black chunks floating in the water, something is very wrong!!!

I stopped by today around 5pm. The shop was busy, there was only one person working. I didn’t get his name but he did all that he could to get out every order out. One would be intimidated if you had to serve all the people that were in the lobby but not this young gentleman. He was efficient, hard working, polite and respectful. Kudos to him. Thank you.

Bad experience all together. I didn’t let them ruin my day I asked for a refund before they started my order. Simply put, go to another JJ location
