We have utilized their catering services on multiple occasions and consistently found them to be exceptionally satisfactory. We highly recommend Jimmy John's catering.

I've been to this location twice while working and every single time the food; besides the cookie was horrible. The sandwiches (even with oil/ vinegar) are so dry it doesn't make sense. The chips are all soggy and gross like someone licked the seasoning off and put them back in the bag. On top of that when I try to order online it never works for some weird reason; PLEASE DO BETTER. the only reason I put 2 stars for the food is because I genuinely love the tripple chocolate chip cookie.

an hour for my order to arrive when I work 5 mins down the street. No one answers the phone so I couldn’t even inquire why it was taking so long. I thought their entire schtick was being fast? Why would I order Jimmy John’s if I was willing to wait an hour??

Fast thorough service and good quality tuna sandwich on nice hot summer day. Bathroom available to customers only, probably because all the non customers ruin it for everyone else. I love it, definitely a favorite 👍 oh yeah don't forget ghost pepper cheese and eat your vegetables too

Used to love this location but as others have pointed out the entire staff seems to have been replaced somewhat recently and it seems things have dropped off as a result. Ordered the most expensive sub on the menu (limited time turkey bourbon BBQ sub) and was very disappointed to get home and see that it had one thin piece of turkey (less than other turkey subs they offer for a lower cost).
