Jimano's Pizzeria

Simply put, the food is great, the people are amazing. Whether you are grabbing some pizza on a busy night or catering for a group, they have you covered. Most importantly they care and proactively engage with the local community. I cannot recommend hitting them up enough.

Jimano's is a great place when you're looking for a local restaurant with a relaxed feel. Jimano's Gurnee recently assisted our organization to provide pizza for volunteers at one of the local middle schools. The kindness, generosity, and excitement to support was so great. Personally, I always go to Jimano's on various days of the week when they have various promotions. Thank you so much and we look forward to continuing to work with Jimano's.

3% fee for using a credit card? That's the cost of doing business. Shouldn't be the customers responsibly to pick up those fees. Especially in an era where practically everyone uses credit cards for just about everything.

Kristin/Kristen, who claimed to be the manager is horrific. What was initially a call to express our dissatisfaction in the quality of food, turned into a back and forth match with Kristin/Kristen telling me that I was lying about my complaint. She had a very cold, condescending tone from the time we initially placed our order as if we were inconveniencing her. Please appoint a more polite, professional order taker. Someone with such unprofessionalism and bland personality should not be answering phones or taking orders. She acted as if my complaint about the food was a personal attack against her. Needless to say no rectification or compensation was offered or honored, instead my family and I spent the night disposing of the undercooked, distasteful pizza and wings. This specific location

The food here is good, nothing out of the ordinary, but good and consistent. The service is good, quick and friendly. My only complaint is that the fries are often not cooked enough, so be sure to ask for them will done or crispy.
