Jet's Pizza

I had a fantastic experience with Jets and would recommend them to anyone. They had a glitch in their system which caused my money to be held. After explaining the issue the manager went out of their way to resolve it by comping the meal. They had no reason to do that and could have easily just said sorry for the inconvenience and moved along with their day. The pizza is also consistently good. Jets has a life long customer!

I had a coupon for my bday that was for online. Tried several times but couldn't get it to work.called jets and the absolute best person Gabby sorry if I spelled wrong answered and she was the best ..I wasn't ready to order just asking but when I called back again she answered and helped me .. great customer service and the pizza ect was perfect. She checked me out with my coupon..hope she's staying there .. she's awesome

This location always puts out the best product with a generous amount of toppings. I'm always greeted every time I walk in, and the order is always right and done earlier than expected. The prices are very reasonable.

LOVE this location. We order from here frequently and always have a great experience. They are friendly, communicate efficiently and the food is always amazing. I have had experiences with other locations in the Ann Arbor area, but this one is my favorite, by far!

Order from here frequently and its always amazing. Always had friendly interactions. Got a party tray today and was given all the plates and napkins we'd need. Guy at the counter went the extra mile and was much appreciated. Also if you're not aware jets has the best ranch! Do yourself a favor and get a bottle!
