Jet's Pizza

Not sure what changed but Major let down flavor wise. Just didn’t have that “pizzaz” / flavor that jets normally has. Usually the pepperoni / mushroom / black olive with turbo crust is bursting with flavor. It was honestly like eating a styrofoam flavored pizza! The texture of the pizza was just fine - just the flavor that was missing. I mentioned the same thing to my wife before she had any and upon eating, she said the same thing. My 7 year olds school serves pizza on Fridays and sometimes it’s Jets.. he said the one at their school tastes much better and this one tastes different. Maybe it was this location... All I know is that this was a major let down as we don’t often order out and we were looking forward to it… you would think an almost $30 pizza would have some flavor to it lo

I used to love this location until they ripped me off last night! I ordered two pizzas for pickup. They only gave my husband one. They told him they could make the second one but it would be about 20 minutes. Well, by this time, the pizza I did have was going to be cold so I asked for a refund. Then the girl "found" my pizza. She said she had no idea if it was my pizza or how long it had been sitting there so she asked if I "really wanted it due to the state it's in". The way she was acting didn't fill me with confidence so I said it's fine, I'd rather just get a refund and she said she had to get a manager. Well, the manager apparently couldn't be bothered and never came out! We asked several times and we were just told the manager knows we're waiting and they just continued to wait on ot

Ordered lunch for the teak and set it for 1130 expecting them to be 15 late. At 1155 called and they said oh yeah it will be about another 10 minutes or so. Great since you are already over 30 minutes late. They showed up at 1226 at 56 minutes late and dropped off a cold pizza with no apologies or any kind if explanation, just a kid with a set of $300 beats on his head and his hoodie pulled up. Nice.

My Girlfriends order was completely wrong ordered pizza, bbq wings, & a 2-liter of Sprite. missed the wings yet put the bbq sauce on a cheese pizza, had to go back in and get my girlfriends wings order separately 25 more minutes of wait time. Cierra the manager was super sweet and replaced everything with a credit. Bbq cheese pizza, was not my Girlfriend's thing, I tried a wing and they were pretty dang'on good. Cierra showed great professionalism in making it right. We're going to try a veggie pizza next weekend. Thanks ya'll. Shout out to Cierra. I'll give them a second chance just on GP.
