Jet's Pizza

2/13/2024 I finally decided to give Jet's pizza a try. I've heard so much about it. Atmosphere: Small cubby hole of a place, nothing to smile about. Pizza: I got the lunch special with 2 one topping slices and a drink, and I also ordered chicken wings. The pizzas were 2 good slices. I'll give it that. The bite of the pizza had no depth to it. Felt like more dough than topping. Thin layer of cheese and too much dough and air in between. But they do say it's Detroit style pizza. The wings were charred/burned. I figured the chicken wasn't turned halfway through the cycle. All I could taste was burned chicken and ranch. It's not a good experience. My initial taste of pizza would be 3.7 out of 10. The staffs communication skills were not only clear but very polite. I enjoyed my time outside on the bench while my pizza was made in a quick fashion. I just got the classic hand tossed round with pepperoni on it. Exceeded expectations in flavor. Definitely will be a place I go to again.

Recently tried a vegetarian pizza from Jet's Pizza, and while it tasted good, I found the prices a bit steep for the quality. On the bright side, the pizza was generously loaded with veggies and cooked just right, which I appreciated.

I received the utmost disrespectful conversation with a general manager. I originally called to verify the ingredients that was on my Italian deli boat not only did the person fail to mention the tomatoes and lettuce I verified if there was supposed to be tomatoes and lettuce and she said yes. and then proceeded to tell me that I should have said that in the first place. I reiterated that I wanted to verify the ingredients on my meal so I'm not crazy and order something I didn't want. There was no reason for the disrespectful response. pretty much after the dry sarcastic okays and awkward silence, I mean at least a "I apologize for the issue with your order"..whatever anything to show customer service properly.I respectfully told her that she has a lack of concern and customer service but

The cashier was very welcoming and polite very welcoming and pizza was good i would recommend the place to everyone.
