Wrong order. Wrong kind of cheesesteak with the wrong kind of cheese and peppers and onions. I didn’t want peppers and onions. I even had them read the order back to me. They still got it wrong. I also ordered a chipotle cheesesteak and they didn’t put chipotle sauce on it. Would give 0 stars if I could.

This is the second time this place has an issue with rolls, i don't understand how a Sandwich store that specializes in making sandwiches has so many issue with bread/rolls.The first time they had no rolls..Now the second time the rolls look like hot dog buns, they're not much bigger and they're still charging twelve dollars a sandwich. I have to blame management for not training their employee's properly and all the employees look so miserable. When I said something to the gentleman making the sandwiches, he just said, yeah,. I was here to get 5 sandwiches. 2 giants, 3 regulars. I canceled them all because I can't see paying the same price for sandwiches on hot Dog buns.

Order wasn't made how we ordered it. It never is. Please check on your order before picking it up. And jersey mikes won't do anything about it if it's wrong.

I am in town for work and have tried this place a few times. The food is good. I have tried a couple cold subs and a couple hot. The only bad food experience was soggy bread from too much oil&vinegar. Service is hit or miss. Some staff super friendly, other staff not friendly or helpful. I showed up today at 845pm thinking we could order some sandwiches before they closed at 9pm but the place was cleaned out. Grill clean, all food put away, they were sweeping the floors. I get that it can suck to get last minute orders, but if you are closed at 830, put 830 so i don't drive to get food. We work long hours and there aren't a lot of food options when we finish our jobs. It would help if your hours reflect when you are serving food so people don't waste time.

It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review. This is the third time in a row I have had a poor experience at this location. I ordered on the mobile app 15 minutes ahead of time and arrived two minutes before my scheduled pickup time. I was greeted upon my arrival and was told it would be a few minutes until my sub was ready. I was kind and understanding as it seemed they were very busy at the moment. As I was waiting, three new customers walked in and ordered at the counter. All three customers received their orders and checked out before I was informed they were out of the bread that I ordered. Two out of the three people who walked in and ordered after me received this specific bread I ordered. I told them the regular bread would be fine as a replacement and I waited another 10 minu
