Great spot for classic breakfast foods and tasty combinations. The sourdough bread was great and everything was made to perfection. Hometown service and quality food. Great place to meet up with your friends and family.
Looked like a "hole in the wall" diner when viewing it on Google, but the place looks pretty great. Roomy and airy for a place in a strip on the main drag. Food was very good. Lots of cheese on our omelets. Food came fast, and the check came early, appreciated. Wasn't super busy at 740am. We loved the photos on the walls, which tied wonderfully into the theme of the place. At the seats there is lighting control so you can dim or shut off your lighting, as well as power for your devices. There is a cubby for condiments, which keeps the clutter off the table and it also housed a speaker for music. All around great.
Great place for breakfast. My boyfriend and I got omelets, pancakes, sausage, home fries, coffee, and toast. I got my pancakes with strawberry topping which was delicious and my boyfriend got chocolate chip pancakes both were perfectly cooked. The omelets were also very good and tasty. Wait time is a bit long for breakfast but very friendly staff.
I like and dislike some things. Service is always good. Waitresses always running by to fill that coffee cup. One in particular is my favorite. Shes got a lot of character and heart. Food is both good and "ok" Coffee is the best in Tunkhannock. Eggs Benedict when they have it is so good. Today I got cream chipped beef which is always my favorite, but here it is way too peppery. Last weekend I stopped, I had black toast, and you cant really call their Omelettes an Omelette. Its more or less "glorified scrambled eggs" that they happen to fold in half. They taste good, but I cant get pass the messy look. I prefer my omelettes with the 2 fold method and my components not showing through. Even with that being said, the food is still ok, the atmosphere is nice. And we'll still be
Great food, prices and service! 10 + stars!
