Jersey Mike's Subs

Every Jersey Mike's sub that I've tried has been excellent. I'm partial to the Tuna and also the Big Kahuna cheese steak. Tuna can be hit and miss at many restaurants, but it's always excellent here. The service is generally very good as well. Most of the staff I've dealt with have been friendly, upbeat anna helpful. That's a refreshing change from a lot of other places these days. Pricing here is very reasonable as well, especially for quality ingredients.

Jersey Mike’s in general. Depending on the location, you find mostly unhappy people, people do not want to assist you, or a useless shore point system. Today I was supposed to get double points on my order, I only got the regular points. I get on a regular order. The girl behind the register that gave me my meal, didn’t seem to care. Jersey Mike’s doesn’t care, I am now done unless they can figure out how to fix their stores.

A special thanks to Jersey Mikes for taking the time to clean grill before making my sandwich since i have celiac disease. That is great service!

They don’t answer the phone. Correction they answer after it rings 12 times and hang up. They associates are more interested in chatting and getting your order placed than acknowledging the client. Usually good -disappointing

Fast service and good sandwiches. . Stopped in for a sub and I was pleased to see there was a full staff working hard to get customers moving so we didn't have to wait too long considering the restaurant was almost full. Pictured is a turkey with lettuce tomato onion oil and vinegar and mayo. Good sub.
