Passing through Tracy. My first time here. Staff was super friendly a young man Nathan (not sure but the receipt said that name) and a young lady made good small talk. I asked about the spicy honey which The person in front of me ordered. They let me try it. It was fire 🔥. My sub was like a BLT with extra veggies and spicy honey. It was absolutely delicious! Thank you!

I have to say out of all the chain sandwiches places this one is up there in the top 3. They literally slice the meat right in front of you. However this is a chain so the serving size is measured out. There are three different sizes mini, regular, and giant. I saw the giant and it huge I think it’s bigger than a foot long, it was massive so a regular size was just right. After they freshly slice your meat you get to pick which toppings you like on your sub too which I like. I’ll definitely come back and get it again wish there was one closer to my home.

First time ordering from this location and it was a great experience! We were ordering food and picking up a mobile order and the staff made the process extremely smooth and pleasurable! The team member taking our order was friendly and energetic and the entire staff made you feel welcomed and were eager to help! All of the food items were accurate, fresh, and tasted great!

Always delicious and made in front of you unless you order on the app but still fresh and delicious. Service is quick and friendly. Order hot or cold.

I came in when they were short staffed and even tho they were short staffed they had great attitudes and worked fast and efficiently, very good flow, definitely the definition of team work!
