Tacos Al Carbon

Me and my dad got a pastor burrito to split. The first bite looked creamy after that it dropped off. I know they look at reviews to make it better so I’ll give them this. Maybe add some pickled onions and grilled onions. Also try and toast the burrito on both sides. Who knows we might be back if they trend upwards :)

Been coming to this spot for the last couple of weeks and it never disappoints. You can definitely taste the nice Smokey rich flavor that the chicken and asada have! The chicken quesadilla is a must a have and I get it every time I go. The workers are always nice and respectful. If you’re craving some good Mexican food in Tracy I highly recommend this place. 5 stars all around

Went there with my friend on Saturday and got a torta de asada with an horchata, the torta was great the meat has a good flavor since they cook it on a charcoal grill and then horchata was bomb too. Staff was friendly, place is great overall.👍

Service was fast and they were pleasant. The tacos were okay. The Al pastor wasn’t very flavorful, chicken was decent, asada tasted the best. I got an horchata but it was really watery and super super grainy/powdery. My bf got a coke and they gave him the display one lmao. We got a coke, horchata, and 7 tacos for $33 which was kinda pricey for what we got. Overall was disappointed since we’d been wanting to try this spot.

This was my first time coming to their venue, I will definitely be coming back. The food was amazing, the owners were very accommodating. If you see their truck, stop by, you will not be disappointed. Highly recommended.!!!!!
