Jersey Mike's Subs

I ordered for curbside, checked in, and waited over 20 minutes and no one ever came out. I got the message that they weren't bringing it out and sure enough it was ready and sitting there the whole time. The employee barely acknowledged me and didn't apologize or seem to care that no one brought it out

Might have been my fault because I should have asked for more meat. But there was like nothing to the sandwich I got here. Service was kind, quick, and polite. But I just ordered a regular number 5 and got about the amount of meat that, if I had just the meat could finish in one bite. They stuff it with lettuce and other things to make it look bigger.

Quality is going downhill. I just spent about $18 on a sub with basically no meat just toppings and condiments. Kind of rude they charge so much and don’t match the quality to the price. JM’s used to be the best now I’d rather go to subway and at least get what I pay for. Also they forgot to put one of my subs in my delivery a few months back and they only give you a free sub if you go up the store. They never reimbursed me for the sandwich that their staff conveniently forgot. They charge $7 for delivery and they don’t even reimburse when their staff makes the mistake. Do better. No sense in stealing from your customers. It’ll give you a bad rap eventually. Time to get the scale out and make sure your employees are adding the appropriate amount of meat general managers.

These guys are always welcoming and make my sub to perfection. Devin, Esther, Brady, and Taeden are a great team. Professional and Efficient every time

While this a small store, they run it very well. Always clean. The sandwiches are delicious. Good choices from bread to toppings. We love the staff. You are welcomed and appreciated. They actually go out of their way to know their regular customers orders. We could go to the other two local locations. We choose to come here. Keep doing what you are doing.
