Jersey Mike's Subs

Surprised to see negative reviews. I walked in the door and I was immediately greeted. I did not expect that from a chain sub joint. I called to place my order on the phone, it was made exactly as I requested and ready in the 15 minutes they told mez when I got home to eat the sub – tasted great. I was pleasantly surprised. I will most certainly be back.

So on Sunday I bought a wrap from Jersey Mike's, and actually had it today till I found a long piece of hair in my food. Going to call mgr tomorrow. What a waist of my money and birthday reward. I always go the the Stoughton one and haven't had a problem in the awhile, BUT THIS IS JUST 🤢 NASTY. But!!! I spoke to the mgr Mathew and he was super understanding of the situation. I must say after talking with him he said he would make it very clear to the employees that this was unacceptable. He asked me to come in and I did. Super nice guy and I could stay upset for long because he handled it appropriately. Thanks Mathew your supervisors to be extremely happy with you as a mgr and a person. Thank you Mathew!!

Today’s experience :/ not great ordered my lunch a BLT received 3 pieces of bacon If management doesn’t issue me another at no charge for another day I won’t be going back here. Management has told me they’ll most certainly replace the sandwich at no cost next time I’m in the area. Very satisfied. And apologized , thank you.

Looking for quick food that isn’t fast food and this did not disappoint. Our hot subs were good, and the service was even better! Extremely friendly staff!
