Jersey Mike's Subs

I ordered on line. I arrived early, which the employee promptly pointed out. It would have been easy to point out about how much longer. We were in our car right outside, facing the front door. An order was placed on the pick-up shelf. I didn't notice it right away. They could have motioned to us. wouldn't have been a big deal. There was not another soul in the place. When I went in to get it the employee asked if I had ordered chips. I said yes and she said don't forget to pick them up. So I did and left. They seemed to be focused upon the pre-closing routine, sweeping etc. Maybe that's the service you get if you don't leave a tip for a take out order. Oh well.

This location is aways busy and for good reason! The food is fresh, the subs are consistently great, and their employee Addison goes above and beyond every time we visit. She keeps things moving even during the rush. She’s clearly a hard worker and a natural leader always helping her team, keeping things organized, and making sure every customer leaves happy. Addison truly deserves to be recognized for her effort and outstanding service!

Sub was horrible! Asked for extra pickles and got 4 pickles. They put the wet pickles full of juice directly on the bread then covered the pickles with sooo much mayo you couldn't even see the pickles! Who eats that much mayo? Got juice on the side so my bread would not be soggy, but all the mayo made it super soggy and disgusting!! For the price it costs for one of these subs you need people working who actually give a crap. Do better jersey Mike's!!

Did an online order and came by to pick it up. I waited 10 minutes just to see that my online order has been sitting behind the counter and not on the pick up stand. No apologies from them. All employees were focused on their jobs and did not acknowledge customers walking in. Food here is usually good but the customer service and online ordering needs work. What’s the point of ordering ahead if I have to wait in store.

Our group wanted something a bit light and no grease so we stopped in to grab a early dinner. I had never ate from Jersey Mike's before and really enjoyed it. My MIL and FIL love Jersey Mike's and had mentioned them before. It was a great alternative to traditional fast food. We ordered: 1/2 Italian with everything 1/2 chicken, bacon and ranch 1/2 steak and cheese w/ lettuce, tomato, and mayo 1 bag of baked Lays 1 bag of bbq lays 1 bag of salt and vinegar chips 3 pk chocolate chip cookies
