Jersey Mike's Subs

Came in on March 4th and the store was sooo busy but the staff were so kind and worked as fast they could!! A couple rude customers but the employees handled it sooooo professionally. Definitely some of the nicest works I've met! Love the food here as well!

I have genuinely never seen a slower Jersey Mike’s location. Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes as the person in the front of the line with no one in front of me the entire time. This is my second visit to this location and the first time I walked in and also waited an excessive amount of time as one of the only customers in there. From waiting for someone to acknowledge you and take your order to making a simple cold sub, everything moves in slo-mo at this location.

Ordered a hot sandwich that came out cold. Waited for ten minutes to get my food at the drive through. Cashier had to take my card to the other counter to pay for it, and didn’t tell me how much was left on the gift card after returning it to me. Didn’t ask for a phone number for rewards points… I’m disappointed Mike.

This was a great choice for lunch. The service was fast even though there was a line we got through it fast. The sandwich was very tasty. I like the convenience of the location. I will be back.

No customer service skills at all. I went inside to place an order. All 3 of the guys working played the "avoid eye contact" game. No one said anything to me or each other. I stood patiently for 5 minutes with still no acknowledgement. They busily made sandwiches for the drive through but absolutely ignored a person standing ,looking at them. Just awful. Don't waste anytime trying to get anything here. I just walked out with no words.
