Jersey Mike's Subs

To anyone and everyone reading this review , I would just like to tell you all how amazing this Jersey Mike's located in Santa Fe Springs CA.... Is . Even if it's a little embarrassing to say , my financial status is pretty bad . So I placed an order through the Jersey Mike's APP because I didn't know if I would have enough money and I didn't want to look dumb and cheap . So I placed an order for an #13 Italian sub and after doing so I had a remainder of $2.86 left in my bank account. So when I went in to pick up my meal I ask a gentleman if I could leave a tip after explaining to him why I didn't leave it in the first place . And these guys were so awesome they told me not to worry about it . And after I insisted on it they still told me not to worry about it . So I would just like to enc

I so enjoyed their Philly Cheese Steak. Bring your own Catsup since they don't serve Catsup. A cheese steak taste much better with Catsup added. Trust me.

Phone ordered sandwiches totalling over $50. Came in to pick them up and they wouldn't accept $100 bill. I asked if they didn't have change and the guy said yes we do but we dont accept anything over a $20 bill. Just an FYI $20 bills are the most counterfeit bill. So if I ordered $99 worth of sandwiches you wouldn't take the $100 bill ? A $100 bill is like a $20 not that many years ago. I thought American $ were accepted everywhere in the USA but obviously not. I think I will call in my next large order and if they dont accept $100 bill I'll leave the sandwiches there. They can not make a tuna sandwich. Mayo both sides, Lettuces, tomato, salt & oil, pepper, bell pepper, anion,. They get upset because they have to put mayo on both sides of the bread. they get upset because bell pepper is stored in the back. They get upset because its not Mikes way and they have to spend a little more time on your sandwich. They are using abusive behavior and language to get me not to go anymore. They tried to and double charge me once. I ask for a manager and there is no one there. ask for a supervisor, and he is not there. the crew is composed of untalented. Short memory people that cant get the order right. A bunch of high school drop out in my opinion. They are also agitated at the person in-front of me because he wanted his subs made a certain way. I went during lunch rush but the line moved pretty fast! My sandwich was delicious and fresh. Unfortunately, they were having computer issues so patrons could only pay with card. The staff handled it really well, alerted customers right away and were apologetic for inconveniences. All in all, I had a great experience & will be back.
