Jersey Mike's Subs

One of the employees at this location made (my) perfect jersey mikes sandwich order and I am about to call the store and ask for his name because I wanna thank him by name but I didn’t wanna wait to leave this review. I come to this location a lot since I work in the area and they are always good, no complaints. This one employee was so nice too, even tho he had a line and very mean people in front of us, gave us a smile… cool. He finished with “the juice” and asked me if that was good and I said “perfect 👍🏼” because I felt it. I took my sandwich and got stuck in traffic… if you’re a sandwich connoisseur you know what that means. Yup, soggy sandwich. Love this Jersey Mike's location. Not only are the subs always fresh and the staff always smiling and kind, they even offer meat scraps for your dog! This way my dog gets to snack on some delicious snacks and feel included! Place is very clean and located on the way to Point Pleasant beach - which is very convenient - and we enjoy our sandwiches while looking at the water.

Worst Jersey Mike store ever. Not only they didn’t make the sandwich that I wanted, customer service was terrible. Why would you turn away to make a new sandwich while you saw me at the counter looking to pick up my online order. Avoid eye contact as you don’t see me? Come on! Never go back to this place again. I was a loyal customer before and ordered two to threes time per week. I haven’t ate atJersey Mike for past two month now.

The manager was very rude asked for a simple request to take the ham off my sandwich and add more turkey and he acted like it was done when he just told me it wasn’t yet.Made it a whole big issue cause he didn’t want to put the effort in the do what the customer asked very poor customer service Armani I believe his name was said he was the manager

My first time ever having Jersey Mikes Subs! The service was excellent! The staff tonight was awesome !! I ordered the Italian sub in a bowl ! Yum! Thanks again ! The bottle of water was ice cold too !
