Jersey Mike's Subs

Not gonna lie. I always seem to come there close to closing. They’ve always gave me great service even tonight. I ordered a sandwich that caused them to use the grill even though it was close to closing. Five stars all across the board I tipped them out because they earned it. This is probably the best sandwich shop in 15 mile radius.

Let's start with the food: Everything has always been remarkably fresh, tasty and high quality. The selection is really good, and I have never been let down in the satisfaction/satiation department. Portion deliniations are well defined as, "mini," "regular," and "giant," with appropriate pictures well displayed for what to expect. You can get white, wheat, rosemary parmesan and even gluten free Udi's bread (for a little extra) as well as white or wheat wraps. You can also make it a bread-free bowl if you wish. Topping selection is great, from "Mike's way" with lettuce, tomato, onions, vinegar, oil, oregano and sasl) or roll your own. Pick and choose between pepper relish, mustard, banana peppers, pepper, swiss and provolone cheeses, Jalapenos, pickles, mayo, extra meat, pepperoni...

This review is made on the first day that they opened. It was an outstanding experience. The main gentleman in the middle making the subs was super cheerful which from the start made the Jersey Mike's experience much more pleasurable. We joked around and discussed the hidden menu subs. Hospitality goes a long way. The food itself is the top notch, fresh quality that you come to expect from the Jersey Mike's chain. We ordered 3 subs and they were all fantastic. The only knock on this location is seating. There isn't a whole lot of seating and only a single table for 4. The others are for 2.

Happy they are finally open! I Door dashed my order; big kahuna and regular Philly- both steak and It was really good! Please don’t go downhill like every other restaurant in this town! Will definitely order again!

Manger who was working tonight is horrible. Messed up my whole order and made it seem like I did something wrong. Horrible horrible customer service. Then on top of that refused to give me her name. Says they dont have to wear name tags either. Tells me to go look on a app for her name. All I wanted was my order fixed. Instead I just got my refund and took my business elsewhere. If I could give negative stars I would especially with that manager. I would never return here.
