Jersey Mike's Subs

Arrived today 3/3/26 at 10:45 the doors were locked with two customers inside. A young Asian associate open the door and said sorry we are putting orders together. I assumed that had a big phone order and didn’t want any walk in business. We were greeted by another associate that said she would be with us shortly and she was very Pleasant. So after giving her the two orders for what we would like the young Asian associate came over and asked what we wanted on the chicken cheese steak . After four attempts explaining to him that we wanted mayonnaise Jalapeño peppers, Salt and pepper. When we got home we had pepper relish on the sub instead of Jalapeño peppers. Then is was my turn to address my Italian cold cut. That same Asian associate was preparing mine sandwich. I had to walk him throu

Prince Fredrick. Went into grab a quick bite, noticed most customers in shop where at tables with zero food. Couple in front of us asked a question and left. Next in line we were told there was a 30min wait for hot subs. That is your sole function!!! Needless to say, no subs for us or the other two couples behind us. Do not know how much walkout traffic they will have for the rest of the night. Your walk-ins should always be your first priority. Totally unexceptable service today.

Stood at the order area for a few minutes, while the people working had a nice long conversation. Finally after I was tired of waiting I announced I guess if nobody wants to wait on us we'll get food elsewhere. Then as we left I told the cashier we were going to order food but nobody wanted to take our order,thats when one of the two having a conversation piped up saying he was getting bread ready for us, problem is we didn't tell him what we wanted (because he was too busy talking). You only get one first impression and this place ruined it. I look forward to seeing what takes over this space after they close down.

Atmosphere here is definitely not welcoming. Not a single smile in sight. Everyone moves SO SLOW you can tell they don’t enjoy being at work. I will definitely be back though because the food does taste great!

Really amazing! The Philly cheesesteak was great highly recommend. People were really friendly and it's was not that busy in the middle of the day.
