Some of the most unfriendly people to be working in the service industry. Left items off a sandwich and barely spoke. This is a stop for us as we travel through several times a year. We love the food but will probably find a different one to stop at.
Love the place. I asked for the gentleman’s name that is always polite and makes the order with care. Jacob always makes the experience a little better. It is clear that the staff is well-trained and keeps the environment pleasant, clean, and efficient.
Always 100% rating. Never had a bad sub from Jersey Mike's. Customer service is always 100%. Thinking of eating at Jersey Mike's for dinner.
The mother/son duo working here are awesome and friendly! Great service, especially when they are working.
My sub was so good and sloppy like I like it! She didn’t hold back on anything when it came to my sub.
