Jersey Mike's Subs

I wish I could get my $9 back…10/29/25 I walked in the girl with glasses stared at me and didn’t greet me..then the boy proceeds to give me brown lettuce…then try to cover it up because it was at the bottom.this is the nastiest jersey mikes I’ve been too,I hate to be that person because I worked in food service but they are violating food safety with that brown see through lettuce and it’s very visible,where is the manager there’s 3 people on the table and they still can’t help the 4 customers in here in a timely manner,this is my first and last time coming here I’ll stick to Cliffwood :) didn’t even eat this nasty food because I’m scared!!!

Honestly the girl who took our order today, 11/23/25 around noon, did not say hello how are you, and when I asked if there was a kids menu, which none of the menus hanging above state anything about a kids menu, when I asked her if they have anything for kids and she said “we have a menu”. Short and sweet. I said oh ok. This was our first time here. And I will not go back. Such a poor example of customer service. The location was not busy at all at the time so the lack of customer support was uncalled for. I did not like anything about our experience.

I ordered two subs for delivery and only received one sub. I called them and they said they couldn’t refund me for the one sub I didn’t get. Very rude. I see it as Jersey Mike is stealing from me. Took my money and never got my sub. Definitely not buying from them ever again. Bad business!!!

If there is an option of giving starts in MINUS, I can do that. Extremely rude and misbehaved staff specially manager. He is so rude. We ordered Pure veggie subway and they put Bacon in veggie sub. I saw them pictures and he said it’s burnt cheese. We tasted and we know the difference between cheese and meat.But that manager not ready to accept their mistake. He told us to either garbage the subway or take this. He is not ready to change it. They are so unhygienic. Extremely rude.

Great service, but, $17.50 for a sub. Seems high, i guess we're paying for all that advertising. At least their competitor gives a drink and chips. Jersey makes, nothing
