Worst jersey mikes, today i picked up my order and everything was disgusting, soggy and did not have the EXTRA ingredients that i PAID extra for, i asked for portabello mushrooms and extra cheese and white bread, when i got there it has been over 25 minutes from ordering online and guess what? They did not have it done and the older lady had a nasty attitude, so i had to sit and wait for it to be ready, once im home i notice its the wrong bread, i was right in front of them so why did they not tell me there was no white bread, i cant eat rosemary for reasons. I need a full refund cause this is not the first or second time this happens it is ridiculous at this point. I try contacting online and it does nothing, no email works.

Placed an order at 8:30 PM on the app drove all the way to the store. I was told they’re out of bread bull crap. They closed early and didn’t want to make my sandwich.

Worse customer service ever i been going there very often but today I went there i had a very bad experience these girls with bad attitudes it seems like they don't wanna work very rude my order got all messed up I did get what I ordered they should be nice to their customers

Wonder if they sanitize the entire store after having rodents roaming around the store.

I have been going to this store for a long time. Food has always been wonderful but I also get a large ice tea. The past 3 times I have got the tea its been fermented. When you place new tea in the container you have to throw out the old tea and clean the container. This last time there I could smell it at the beverage center before I even poured the tea. This is a no brainer. My ice tea is very important with my sandwich. I would hate to go to another location because that’s my only complaint. Thank you!
