Jersey Mike's Subs

It doesn't get fresher than jersey Mike's. This location is no exception!! They have super friendly staff and everything so far has been made perfectly and with lots of love. They put a smiley face on my bowl lid today (this is a club sub as a bowl with extra bacon and pepperoni) and that made my day. :)

The service was terrible, my food was incorrect I called to see about a correction and the manager hung up on me. I went into the store to address the issue and he admitted he hung up do to my attitude in which I wouldn’t have had if my food was correct. Not to me tion I had to waste more of my lunch time going there to ask why I was hung up on and to correct my food. This is the 3rd time I have wasted my lunch break on incorrect food & nothing was done about it. This store needs better management and accuracy.

Ordered a steak and cheese sandwich and the amount of of steak was far less then I have had at other Jersey Mikes - first time at this location and last time - will go back to either Dartmouth or Fairhaven where at least the steak is part of the sandwich

I ordered online 10 minutes before I arrived, watched 3 customers walk in after I was told to wait. All of them got their orders started and paid before mine was started. Lost my entire lunch break and couldn’t eat. Waited a half an hour.

I usually go to the Fairhaven Jersey Mikes for my lunch break but I’m so glad they opened one in New Bedford which is so close to my job. The food always taste fresh. This new location is so clean and welcoming to dine in. I was even greeted with excellent service with the employee being so friendly and helpful. I even had a friendly conversation with a gentleman named Greg who was awesome. I recommend getting a cold sub the club supreme which is my favorite or the tuna which is fresh. Hot subs are pretty good as well. Will most def be dining here often especially on my lunch break.
