This Jersey Mike's has Awesome customer service! The staff & the management make you feel welcomed. As if being part of the crew.... I've never had long of wait at this location. The parking can be a challenge but, the level of customer service is worth that challenge. Also, I have ordered online for my larger orders and never once did I have to wait long to pickup up my larger box of sandwiches. The orders were always correct & had the condiments, utensils ready before I can ask. Always great food & service here!

I ordered a sandwich without tomatoes, but it still came with them. I pointed it out, the employee Olivia seemed visibly annoyed and just removed the tomatoes in the back (thinking I wouldnt notice) instead of remaking the sandwich. That might not seem like a big deal, but what if someone had an allergy? The attitude and lack of care were really off-putting. Horrible service.

This was a weird experience. Showed up at lunchtime and there wasn't any greeting. I repeatedly asked for no mayo (even as the guy was about to put it on) and they just didn't pay attention. One of the guys was working on the soda machine (during what should be a peak time for them) and the soda came out in the wrong mix. I won't be going back, hopefully they read this and figure out some of these fixable things. The food was good though.

Clean, great service from the entire crew. Came in on the hottest day of the year. 125 outside, surface of the sun hot!. A cold sub, #13 Original Italian on rosemary parmesan bread was the right call. Cold Agave Vanilla Cream Soda to wash it down. The manager was going above and beyond to keep the location cool under intense heat conditions. The crew cares, is well trained and it shows.

The experience of purchasing my sandwich was poorly. I ask for a #8 no ham extra turkey and the young lady says “can’t substitute extra meat” where does it said that ? A cooperation should be able to do substitute for meat /cheese and extra veggies. So that was truly unacceptable. I hate the poor service I got after. Wouldn’t want to come back
