This staff was amazing. They were all so happy to serve, efficient, engaged in conversation while waiting. I observed them stay on top of cleaning while cooking. What a great staff. Friendly, clean area, and my Big Kahuna was so good. They stuffed in lots of meat. Thanks guys!

Food tastes good but they are consistently very slow - every time I order online it's not ready when the order tells me to come in. It took 31 minutes for them to make 2 sandwiches. They never seem to even make the sandwiches until you come in after waiting on your order. Was really good when they opened but the service has slipped considerably. The indoor atmosphere is pretty unpleasant - they have had an extremely loud and screeching door for over a month at least. Music is very loud generally.

The subs are decent. I come here for my kids mostly and I don’t mind grabbing something for myself here and there. Convenient location. Good service. Great staff.

I ordered from here and WOW this place is 10000% better than subway. Great friendly staff and the sandwiches are AMAZING! Remember to get it “mikes way” if you get a number 8! The cheesesteak with chipotle Mayo is also INCREDIBLE. So happy to have them in town, this Monroe location is too notch! Unlike the chipotle next door, this place hit the ground running A+ on their opening day with no issues. RIP SUBWAY IN MONROE- YOU CANT COMPETE WITH JERSEY MIKES!!

Every single time I order from here the order is correct and everything always tastes great. All of the employees here are very pleasant and hardworking which is a testament to the management.
