The next best cafe in town ! If you aren’t stopping by here while you’re in the Monroe area you are truly missing out !!! You can grab anything from iced coffees , smoothies , acai bowls , etc. Generous portions with great taste. I’m personally obsessed with their iced coffees, especially the Nutella or Mocha Iced Latte. There’s plenty of wonderful options to meet your tastes & cravings ! With the most exceptional friendly service.

Cruvinel Cafe always has the best smoothies, specialty coffees, and delicious protein shakes! They use only fresh ingredients and it’s always so good! Come for jiujitsu class and have a treat.

This café is a real gem! The drinks and açaí bowls are incredibly fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Whether you're grabbing a post-training protein shake or just stopping in for a coffee, there are plenty of great options to choose from. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which adds to the relaxed and positive atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit, even if you're not here to train! Although I would highlight recommend the gym as well, state of the art!

We love Cruvinel Cafe! The protein shakes and açaí bowls are delicious and so fresh. There are a ton of options so you’ll find something for everyone! The staff is super kind, and the Jiu Jitsu belt themed menu is such a fun touch. Great vibes all around—highly recommend!
