Jersey Mike's Subs

I recently visited this restaurant and had a mixed experience. I ordered a Bacon avocado giant and the ranch dressing tasted a bit strange. When I called the manager, she didn’t seem interested in correcting the issue, but she did check the dressings’ expiration dates. She also mentioned that there’s a possibility that they served expired or old food. On the positive side, I ordered a regular sub that came out perfectly. However, after hearing about the possibility of serving expired food, I was disappointed. The person who made my sub seemed clueless when I asked for recommendations. Given the price of $50, I expected the food to be up to par. If a customer had called in about a giant sub that was off, I would have expected the restaurant to correct the issue. I really like this location—everyone here is consistently quick, friendly, and on top of things. It’s also in a convenient strip mall with plenty of other shops, so we usually run our errands and then end up at Jersey Mike’s as a little treat afterward. I almost always order my go-to (#7), but I decided to try the BLT the other day, and it ended up being amazing. I might have a new favorite now!

Not sure what the negative reviews are about. My experience was exceptional. It was opening on a Sunday and football season just started. Not just opening season, but a home game , and against the 49’ers. Needless to say they are going to be busy! I was amazed at all the prep work the staff did. The manager is a delightful young man named Mark, who informed me he’s been there for hours to get the food ready. You can see by the pile of bacon that he did ALOT of prep work. The tomatoes were equally high and everything was very clean. These are the things people don’t see behind the scenes. My order was for 10:15 am, and I arrived early at 10:08, a little after opening. He apologized for it not being ready. Huh?? But I was early?? Never had someone apologize for doing their work. But again,

They give you half the meat they used to provide couple of years back. Got a giant Philly stake and had only few slices of meat in it. Not going to go back again

Chipotle chicken sandwich reg size was around 11$ and kahuna chicken sandwich same price . Price is little expensive if you compare with subway or something similar. But sandwich taste is better . Their regular size is about 8 inch . For an 8 inch it would cost 11$ . Giant is 16 inches and around 20 . This place is very clean and service is nice . Parking is available right infront
