To go order Second time our order was wrong Asked for no mayo on a tuna and got extra mayo and also asked for banana peppers and received none. My husband asked for jalapeños on his sandwich and received none, instead he recd my banana peppers . He gave me the banana peppers

Jersey Mike's is definitely one of my top sandwich places... I love this location and the awesome customer service... I purchased the tuna sandwich with some jalapeño chips... This place has the best tuna sandwiches I've ever had for sure and its definitely a must try 😁❤️

Ahahaha I honestly, don't know whether to laugh or to be upset and I love my People to death but the young brother who was on the grill today on 6/25/2025 was not on his Ps & Qs. I ordered a Giant #26 Chicken, Bacon, Ranch and asked for Pepper and got Pepperonis instead lol WHAT!!! This the very first time this has happened nor did I recieve the extra Jalapeños like I asked. The whole order was just slack buddy didn't even cut the sandwich in half. FIRST TIME FOR EVERYTHING RIGHT.... sheesh.

Griffin was a super cool guy. Very polite, friendly and genuine. To me, nothing goes further than customer service. The food was great, always is, but when someone goes out of their way to just genuinely care and get to know you. That's the type of thing that makes repeat customers. Thanks Griffin, Elaina, and the rest of the team today. Superb experience 👌🏻

I've ordered from here a few times now. Every time the sandwich was either wrong or drenched in the oil so it was like meat in-between a fire hazard . That being said the meat isn't bad and I just think the store doesn't know how to help or communicate with employees
