I love jersey mikes but I am trying to go low carb. When my wife ordered the buffalo chicken cheese steak for me as a bowl, this is what i saw when she got home. A bowl for sure but just a pinch of lettuce.

I put in an online order, the order was not ready at the time specified. When I arrived, I waited for a few minutes, then a staff member asked me if I was waiting for an order. I said yes. The staff member seemed confused, and walked away. Then another customer came in, the staff member proceeded to help the walk in customer. After they finished, I politely asked if the they had started making my order. The staff member smuggly said "no". I couldn't wait any longer so I told him I would have to cancel the order. He then rudely responded "Well your order wasn't supposed to be ready for another five minutes" This is a lie, the original time the order was supposed to be done by had been extended because of how long they were taking. Absolutely HORRIBLE service and RUDE employees. I will never

While the food is always good, the service at this location is terrible. I ordered online and was told that our food would be ready at 12:18 PM. We get there to pick up on time and it took almost an hour for us, and others, to get our food. The staff also fixed in person orders before online orders and would get snippy with those who were asking about their online orders.
