Jersey Mike's Subs

So much for the free chips and drinks on Wednesdays for Mike way Wednesday. They have great sandwiches but ridiculously high and this deal made it a much better deal. Always trying to charge more and never give a break. Meat was definitely less than your stores in metro areas which I guess if you have the only store around you can charge and divvy out food at your own discretion.

I loved this location when I first tried it. My sandwich was packed with meat and veggies, and it was perfect. I was hooked. However, everytime I order, it seems like the sandwiches just contain less and less ingredients, or is wrong in some way. Last time my bacon ranch chicken cheese steak sandwich had hot honey sauce on it, instead of ranch. I about died, I can not do spicy at all! Last night, I ordered my usual as always, bacon ranch chicken cheese steak, and there was hardly any meat on it, and absolutely no lettuce at all. I did not make any adjustments to the sandwich when ordering. My family ordered 5 sandwiches last night and all of them either had hardly any ingredients in them, missing some ingredients, or the bread was wrong. This took 40 minutes to get 2 sandwiches with 7 workers. They got my order entirely wrong. Worst experience of my life at a sandwich place honestly. Turns me off of this chain and I will not be returning. Would give 0/5 stars if possible. Worst. Jersey. Mike’s. Ever.

Love Jersey Mike’s the crew here in mcalester is superb. They go above and beyond to make sure your meal is excellent and exactly how you want it. The crew on the morning weekend shift are amazing and so polite! You have earned a new Jersey Mike’s customer! YEEEEEAAAAHHH BUUUDDY!!

Caleb and Aaron went above and beyond to meet our needs. My husband and I regularly travel through McAlester from AR to TX, and we stopped through as it’s our halfway point, quickly placing an online order. By no mistake of their own, we got the wrong sandwich and realized 15 min down the road. Caleb happily offered to make the correct sandwich for us. We will be back, thanks so much!
