Asked for pickles, yellow peppers which you can see there is none here. No one said "hi" or had a smile. One guy cut the bread and walked away so I stood there for a bit wondering when I'll get my sandwich made. When girl finally comes to put stuff on the bread I not see if she even washed her hands. It takes three people to make a sandwich who all were none welcoming. I was so uncomfortable I just wanted get out of there. Place also looked dirty but it's like that with these high turn over businesses they don't like to clean so they leave why I got to find more mom and pop businesses family owners so there's more effort.

I left refusing my food after the staff became extremely rude. The member worked on Sat Nov 1 at 3:10. She was very small in size and was extremely rude. The rest of staff seemed very uncomfortable with her rudeness. I added my full explanation after it was requested and received no feedback Hello, I went in at about 3:10 pm to the store on November 1. There were several employees but the one who I gave my order to was small in stature, blueish eyes and I think strawberry blonde hair (was pulled back). I ordered the Big kahuna. I realized it was the veg option so I asked if I could change to the big kahuna with chicken. At this point, they'd only sliced the bread open. Got the Philly cheesesteak, service was good they had it up in literally 1 minute from when I ordered. However Cheesesteak was not that good. If you want a really good Philly cheesesteak. go to Frankie's. So I'll give him five stars for the service.

We are a big group so we always put a strain on the poor staff any where we go today we ordered 9 subs. The staff handled it so well kept everything organized and in a timely manner. Garrett handled business as usual quickly and with a smile.

Really good! Came in at 7 PM on a Sunday evening, everything was efficient and delicious. I'm so glad we have something in Marana that isn't fried fast food.
