Jersey Mike's Subs

Calling ahead for a sub. On Monday at 7:45 PM let the phone ring 355,000 times nobody answers now I would have to drive there instead of having my food ready for me when I get there. I’m gonna spend my $20 for a sub someplace else I feel disrespected and I don’t like that this is about the 10th time that this is happened I see in my head a bunch of employees standing around on a Monday night not wanting to answer the phone. May be a member of management should take care of this matter .

It’s a great store better than other local stores. I travel from Albany to come to this store. Very peaceful location

I came at 2:51 pm and it was great. Polite staff and good environment. Had a great time , I may be biased because I come here 97 and a half days a year. Manager is sweet and cute and a man named Harry is pretty polite

This place is lousy, I don't know how they keep the doors open. Their labor must be high, it takes 4 people to make a sandwich, and out you go. Also if they've a big catering order due they screw all the customers waiting.
