Not sure about the food because I've been standing here for 20 minutes waiting for my online order that was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago. They know I am here, but continue to make other orders that have walked in after me. I will not be back. This is just embarrassing for them at this point. At least 10 people have walked in and out since I have been here, and they have yet to start my order. The food was also terrible. WAY too many jalapenos. Just bad. Also too much spicy relish. While I was there they made two #13s by mistake and just gave them to people in line for 5 minutes, instead of asking me who had been standing there for 20 minutes. They also kept complaining that they had to make 4 boxes for a group that was doing a photo shoot that day. Info that their customers

The one employee was to busy taking care of her posse. Another girl just started her shift and waited on me ASAP. She was great! Said she'd been there 3 years. Food was a little disappointing compared to previous visits. Could have just been me, not sure.

My absolute favorite Jersey Mikes. They are so friendly and welcoming at every visit. The food is always fresh we eat there frequently

Twice I've been now and asked for philly sandwiches with raw onions and not the grilled peppers and onions. Evidently they can't figure it out because BOTH times I've driven 20 minutes back to the house to find no onions on my sandwiches. It's a small thing, but it's what I asked and paid for and I'm not getting it. What really makes me upset is before I left I specifically asked if they remembered them and was told yes. I guess I have to be there watching them to make sure they make them they way I order them. So annoying. 2 stars because at least they are nice.

Like every other chain restaurant in Locust, what started out good has gone bad. Ordered ahead in the app for pickup. Order was ready when promised, but not close to correct. Nearly $40 for 3 sandwiches. No sides, no drinks, just sandwiches. Barely any meat, looked like they were stepped on, 1 (ONE) napkin, and barely any mayo or included toppings on the bland sandwich.
