Jersey Mike's Subs

Been coming here for years and it was always good. Ordered 2 subs for almost $40 this weekend and have to say they have really gone downhill. Beyond skimpy. Sorry Jersey Mike's were done with you.

I ordered a turkey and cheese sub with no tomato. Not only did it come with tomato, there was 1 singular slice of turkey on the sub and 1 singular slice of cheese. This was the worst sub I’ve ever had in my 31 years living in New Jersey and this place does not deserve any business ever again

The driest tuna sub I have ever had. Were you low on mayo or something? $18+ for a terrible sandwich. Will be asking for a refund in the morning. Based on this I will avoid this location in the future.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Jersey Mike’s was so perfect I have to share. The staff here genuinely cares — friendly, helpful, and always going the extra mile. They accommodate guests in every way possible, making sure orders are exactly how you want them. They even offer free water without you having to ask — it’s those little touches that show they actually value customers. The place runs like clockwork — fast service, clear communication, and an atmosphere that makes you feel welcome the second you walk in. I’ve been to many sandwich shops, and this is by far the most professional, well-run crew I’ve ever seen. Five stars all the way — you should definitely come. How does this place not have a five star rating!

Been coming to this location for years and usually they are very good except for today. I walked in and was the ONLY person in the store and the girl with braces working was extremely rude. She asked what I wanted for each sub but she completely ignored it and added toppings and sauces that I didn’t ask for. Then she ignored me when I attempted to correct her. Genuinely bad service from her.
