Upper Shores Library

I just left the Upper Shores Library and wow the front desk lady is rude as can be. I am studying for something and I opened my headphone case and both were missing. I just asked if I could leave all my study materials and laptop which were all packed into a plastic crate. I explained I would literally be back in two minutes...yes I live that close. Her answer was NO. I explained I'm two minutes away...NO. Everyone was super nice but what an attitude. If that was a private business she would be fired. I'm not annoyed at the answer but learn some manners. At least she isn't a nurse with those bedside manners! Not that it matters but I'm not a kid. I'm in my 40s with a career. Absolutely ridiculous!

My kids and I enjoy going here. It is a wonderful place due to its kind staff. They have great kids programs and stuff to do. Thank you so much! We appreciate it :)

i frequent alot of ocean county libraries. i moved to seaside in june, so upper shores has become my main branch. its not the biggest branch in the county, but its beautiful and clean and is staffed by the nicest people, tho alot of sweet knowledgeable people work in our county library system!!

I came in as they were the closest place where I could print documents while I’m in Seaside Heights. The ladies who helped me we so kind and patient. I’m sure I’ll be back!
