Jersey Mike's Subs

The food is always great! I ordered the Italian in a bowl (meat and veggies in a bowl -no bread) with the juice on the side. But the new girl didn't put the lid on tight on the oil/vinegar, so it spilled on the bag and wrapping and leaked through everything. So that was no fun. Sometimes stuff happens. I'll give them grace with this. If it happens again, I'll give em ading.

I love the big Kahana sandwich. My favorite by far. Everyone is always polite and friendly. Food is prepared fresh and hot. Establishment is always clean.

Jersey Mike has the worst leadership in management and it reflects on the employees. My visit today was the worst experience ever. First, there was no indication that the self serve soda machine was not working until the employee at the register took my money. Then proceeded to tell me that it would be more for a bottle drink if I choose to get one. Why weren't the employees directed to inform customers that the soda machine was broken and second why take my money then tell me. Lastly, my sub was not even finished. It was bread and meat and I explicitly told them I wanted the Mike's Way. I'm never going back to this location ever again.

Always a great experience, never had a bad sub! Always military friendly!
