Jersey Mike’s Subs

Your employees are extremely professional and they work hard. The problem is, management doesn’t adequately staff for peak times. I echo a lot of recent posts from Door Dashers, I too waited for 22 minutes, doing Door Dash, with my engine running robbing me of valuable time. Until it’s fixed, as a dasher, I’m declining every offer. They should prioritize dash orders in those instances. Two stars is generous

One word is just “wow!”, I can’t begin to explain the great service I received. Sage and Dylan made my night and reminded me of true Christmas spirit. There happy go lucky attitude mixed with the best steak and cheese just almost made me want to break out in dance. Thank you guys. #JERSEYMIKESWAY

9/2022 - Jersey Mike’s in Hanover- was very clean . The young man made me a small hot portabella mushroom sub on a Gluten-free roll . The roll cost a couple of dollars more but they usually do wherever I go. It was very good and being a vegetarian I had no meat on it. My friend enjoyed the small turkey and provolone cheese. Cost $6.75. 11/2025 Sad to say they no longer have the portobello mushroom sub which was about the only thing I could have being gluten-free vegetarian. 😢. I think they have canned mushrooms now 😱 So I got cheese with a few things on it on a gluten-free roll. It was not good at all ! I was in my way home from a six-hour drive and ordered subs online. There was such a back-up when I arrived, because it was game day?, that the manager whose name I neglected to ask, and his two staff were straight out. He should get a $3000 bonus. He was constantly apologetic, explaining every thing, and pleasant no matter what. My subs were ready quickly and many, many people commented on how amazing the staff was! Dec. 28, 2025. Thank you!

These subs are the bomb!!!! So so good! So flavorful. I liked the location since it has plenty of parking. The place is very clean and staff is super friendly. I wasn’t sure what type of bread I wanted and the girl was nice enough to show me the differences and recommend the cheese one, Excellent choice!
