This is the worst Cava I’ve been to. The employees do not actively listen when you’re ordering. I ordered lamb (which costs extra, I know) and they gave me half a normal scoop that I could tell had a huge chunk of fat and when I asked for an actual full scoop they said it would be double cost. Another time, I asked for sauce on the side and they poured it on top, realized it and asked if I wanted them to remake it. I had already waited in line for 10 minutes and was in a rush so I just took it. A third time I ordered lamb, they didn’t have enough for a full scoop and asked if I wanted something else so I got chicken and they still charged me the full amount for the lamb. I will not be going here again. I’d rather drive further to the Cava at Derby Street.

Great spot to get a similar experience as chipotle with a totally differwnt offering of ingredients. With a more focus on mediterranean style food. Including lamb, beef and chicken prepared in many ways and served in wraps or bowls. Good variety and options to satisfy whatever youre craving. I like their spicy lamb meatballs with a bed of greens made up kale, brussels and cabbage. The pickled onions and roasted red pepper hummus is also very good. I tried their lentils for the first time and liked them. Would rwcommend trying Cava out.

I never write reviews, but the team at CAVA Hanover was so exceptional that I felt compelled to share my experience. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming.
