Zack was soooooo kind and amazing with us! He was so accommodating and his service was exceptional as was the whole team.

Called to have my Italian heated on the grill, they told me no problem. I go to pickup the sandwich and when I get home and open it up it’s a cold Italian sub. Just tell me you can’t do it. I will not recommended this location to anyone.

Worst sandwich shop locally. The first time I ordered here (some kind of chicken with bacon etc.) the sandwich was soaking wet and bread was mush. Last night rolled the dice again and got this pathetic BLT. The sandwich was fraudulent in terms of ingredients, The ends that were eaten before this picture had even less bacon lettuce and tomato then shown here. Jersey Mike's doesn't deserve your business. Complete rip off and the food is carelessly thrown together.

Employee was very angry when I inquired to pick up my sandwiches 5 min earlier than the scheduled time. Will not be returning

My husband and I went to Jersey Mike’s for the very first time ever in our life and we’re both retired people. We were there today at about 2 PM and the reason I wanted to leave a review was because the man that was working in the store and making our sandwiches was the kindest, loveliest, most personable and polite human being we have encountered in a while. We were so impressed by his social skills and his willingness to help and offer suggestions with a smile on his face really made a grand impression. If this was my store, I would do everything I could to keep that employee happy and to keep him on my team. I wish I knew his name. He was a tall man with a dark beard and welcoming smile who offered his help very willingly. I hope the owner of this location sees this and realizes the val
