Jersey Mike's Subs

First time here ordered a Philly with lettuce,tomatoes and mayo won't be going back my sandwich was drowned in mayo have no clue if had anything else on it was drowned so bad.Took 6 napkins to wipe off the mayo and then I had no appetite for it. Had two regular sandwiches that were $22 something for a mayo sandwich. Sticking to subway where I know what I got My way

Stopped by the Jersey Mike’s Sub in Gloucester, VA this evening. In total honesty I walked into the store at 8:50 p.m., and they close at 9:00 p.m., I was expecting a have hearted effort since it was 10 minutes before closing. Yet, I was “knocked off my feet” with the amazing customer service experience I received. I was quick to order so as not to delay the store closing and tired employees leaving late due to a last minute customer. I received a welcome that I will never forget. The lady making my sandwich was professional, friendly and courteous. She got me in/out within 5 minutes. Thank you to the late evening crew for making me smile after a long day with your smiles and freshly made Jersey Mike’s sub! You ladies ROCK!

I'm originally from South Phillie. Little Italy. It tasted just like back home. I was impressed. . I laughed when I used the word we call it back home, the real word. they knew what I said. "Hoagie." AND they knew the lunch meat how it was said. Very impressed. I didn't have to change my word to make others understand. I left Subway, and will stay here. At Jersey Mike's Hoagies 😊

My granddaughter won't go to any other sub shop. She loves Jersey Mike's Subs! I relent despite the price. What can I do?
