Jersey Mike's Subs

My husband and I happened to stop here last Friday and upon arrival, the staff was hard at work fulfilling orders for a college volleyball team. The entire staff worked together, all appearing very calm and even smiling while chatting with each customer. We have eaten at other Jersey Mike’s many times and always have a good experience, but wanted to make sure this staff knows how impressive they were and that we appreciate them!

We had a great dining experience here tonight! The service was fast and friendly. The food was delicious. The restaurant was clean. They played good music. We didn’t have any complaints! Well-done!

I really like Jersey Mike’s usually but lately the Frankfort Jersey Mike’s had been nothing but disappointing. The older guy with the beard that works there acts like a customer walking in the door is such a bother. He is unfriendly, huffy, and rude. Then is crispy bacon too much to ask for? Who eats a BLT with half cooked bacon? By the time I picked all the uncooked parts off I maybe had 1/4 of my sandwich left. I think I’ll just start going to the Georgetown Jersey Mike’s instead. They are so friendly and don’t mind one bit to look for the crispy bacon for my sandwich.

My subs were huge and fresh. All the ingredients tasted delicious and the staff were very helpful for decisions with toppings and add ons.
