Jersey Mike's Subs

I ordered a simple ham and cheese sub for a pick up. I had confirmation it would be ready at 12:06pm on 10/18/2025. The nice guy there said it'd be a few more minutes so I waited. I watched as others got their orders, including those that came in after me. I even witnessed people getting their sandwiches via traditional ordering at the sub line. If I knew that my pick up order would take longer than ordering at the restaurant, I wouldn't have bothered with an online order. After 15 minutes of waiting and no one seemed to care about my 1 sandwich, I had to leave without my product since I had groceries and dog waiting for me. I will never be at this location again.

Usually order from here via Uber eats and there's always a buy 1 get 1 free sub that is great when ordering sandwiches for a family of 5. Food is good everytime.

It is a very nice place with wonderful people and the employees. I need to see Vanessa again when I go back There and I loved it today and the service today was wonderful and the employees are just wonderful. I told the employee that when I see Vanessa, I want her to do the Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo for me when I see her again and the food was great and I am so lucky to know The team and Is very good and everyone there is fabulous and I enjoy the food and it is very good. And I am very lucky to know Vanessa and the team there and like I said everybody there is wonderful.

Just a good sandwich shop that always has fresh made to order sandwiches and very friendly crew.

Imagine stopping at Jersey Mike's Subs after having to go into work at the last minute on a Saturday. You pick up your sandwich and drive home happy to finally relax and eat……you’re not even half way through your sandwich when you notice a strand of hair peeping through your bitten sandwich. With disappointment you call the store Jersey Mike's Subs and share that you have hair in your tuna sandwich only to have to tell every detail of your visit repeatedly before they address the hair in your sandwich. Finally you ask what they will offer for the inconvenience and the present the option of getting in your car and driving alllllllllllllllll the way back to said location for a replacement or getting a credit for a sandwich.
